There are many opportunities for students to develop and demonstrate leadership skills at MPS. We have active Student Voice Captains involving students from Year P–6, who meet regularly to discuss school activities and ensure that student perspectives are heard and valued. As students progress through the school, a range of leadership roles—such as School Captain, House Captain, Arts and  Sustainability Captains—provide valuable opportunities to build leadership and critical thinking skills. Senior students also have the opportunity to become Peer Mediators, fostering a supportive and inclusive school environment by helping their peers build positive relationships.
